This date powder is made of finely-ground, dried dates from organic farming. The result of this careful process is a completely pure date powder, free of pesticides, herbicides and additives.

Date powder is healthy alternative for sugar

Because date powder only contains ground, dried dates, it does not dissolve in liquid. Therefore, do not use date powder as a sugar substitute in coffee or tea, but rather in batter for sweet baked goods or as topping for desserts.

Use

Substitute white or brown sugar completely or partially for date powder. Delicious in cake and pie batter, in homemade nut bars or as topping for yoghurt, muesli, granola, ice cream and desserts.
